Our client is one of the UK's leading and dynamic Telecoms and Office solutions providers. Established for over 10 years now, the Company is also an authorised reseller on behalf of world class telecoms manufacturers such as Mitel and Cisco. With offices across the UK, a turnover of circa £35 million and continued growth, our client is truly a market leading Telecoms success story.
Due to continued success, they now have a requirement for an additional home based Field Engineer to join the technical team. The ideal living location is Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, North London or surrounding area. The position will entail installation, maintenance, project engineering and one week in five on the office based Technical Support Desk. The core products are the Mitel IP 3300 / Mitel CS 5000 (Inter-Tel Axxess & 5000) and Aastra systems. It essential for this role that the successful candidate has both formal training and 'hands-on' experience on the Mitel or Aastra range of business phone systems and it's applications. The more experience and formal accreditations on the Mitel or Aastra range the better.
Candidates with experience on Avaya IP Office or Siemens Hipath will also be seriously considered. You must have excellent communication skills, be well presented, professional and have strong customer facing skills.
