Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding telecommunications Software and Solutions Company based in Surrey. Their industry leading Telecoms Billing software continues to be chosen and used by the UK's leading Telecoms resellers and they in turn seek the very best 'Billing' support from our client. The company have an excellent story to tell, with demonstrable growth and ambitious expansion plans.
In line with this planned expansion, the company is creating an additional position of Telecoms Billing Support/Analyst. For this role it is essential the successful candidate is experienced on the OAK (aBILLity) billing platform. Recent working experience and formal training on the Oak (aBILLity) billing platform is preferred but not essential.
The ideal living location for this position is within commuting distance of their North Surrey / South West London office. They are close to a Station which has both over-line and underground connections.
This is a mixed and varied office based Customer / Technical Support role involving total responsibility for providing 'Billing' Software support to our client's Telecoms customers. Additional Technical training on our client's Billing software will also be provided for the successful candidate.
Ideal applicants will probably be working for a Telecoms company now or recently as a Billing specialist / analyst on the Oak (aBILLity) Billing platform, who now seek more of a career and technical challenge for a market leader.
It is essential you come from a similar Telecoms Billing background and the more technical your background in Billing support with solid IT skills the better. You must also possess very strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner, really solid IT knowledge (SQL an advantage), be well presented with a flexible positive attitude and have good, proactive problem solving skills. The role would suit a keen, hardworking motivated candidate who wants to further develop their Telecoms 'Billing'career within a dynamic, growing and ambitious company.
Starting salary at c£25k-£30k depending on experience.
