The company is a small and growing UK company which has a track record of world first innovations in telecoms. They sell through a large network of independent dealers. The company is currently near to releasing another generation of products, and need a new Internal Sales Executive to work with their network and build sales and income. Some network members are very successful, and some will benefit from your direct help as they seek to grow and/or address particular market segments and products. You should be results-oriented and passionate about selling. You may have some good business experience in a different sector, but you should have realised that what really drives you is your own sales effort and skills in persuading people to buy from you. You must have the energy to really work hard to achieve sales by persistence, conviction and a positive approach. You should be able to demonstrate this with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in the IT/telecoms sector. You should have some telesales experience. You should also have good IT skills and a grasp of key concepts in web design and digital marketing. You must be able to work comfortably on your own or in a team and build excellent relations with our dealers to help them (and you) become more successful. The job is office-based in the City of London. Your sales efforts will be supported by our effective CRM systems and sales pipeline processes. We also have a supportive team who can help you with marketing and product challenges. CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE
Main Responsibilities Execute outbound campaigns for dealers (under the dealer's brand) Execute inbound sales enquiries for dealers (under the dealer's brand) Achieve outgoing cross-sells to existing customers. Handle and close on inbound sales leads and enquires. Execute outbound retention calls to encourage renewals and move from direct payments to direct debits. Identify and report support needs of dealers, including needs to develop and improve their web sites. Ensure accessible information for management and product marketing about activities, workloads and support provided to dealers through CRM systems. Feed back market intelligence from sales activities. Person Specification Good IT and Web appreciation and skills. Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. 1-2 years telesales experience, both inbound and outbound, preferably with technical products. Excellent telephone sales skills and experience and hunger to succeed. Resilient enough to make cold calls and deal with rejection. Good self-management skills. Ability to understand and use sales management processes and CRM systems effectively. Excellent spoken & written English
