Job Title: Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator
Salary: cú25,000 + Vehicle (Negotiable depending on experience)
Our client is a rapidly growing business telecommunication specialist, delivering bespoke, affordable, business telecoms systems to SME's across the UK. Due to continued growth they now require a Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning Telco.
The ideal candidate will have a background on providing remote support on business phone systems (preferably Unify) and have experience with Networks & Lines.
To deal with incoming maintenance calls and to assist the Installations & Maintenance Engineers where possible.
To provide remote support to customers with maintenance issues
Report and deal with line faults
Occasional visits to customer sites as required
Ability to prioritize workload
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to adapt to change
Problem solving skills
Be able to work within a team as well as on own initiative
Confident and proactive approach
Good telephone manner
Experience & Training:
Experience within Telecommunications industry (essential)
Experience with Siemens/Unify (essential)
Experience with Network & Lines (preferable)
Experience within a maintenance role (preferable)
