JOB TITLE: Account Manager
LOCATION: Camberley. Office / Field based
BENEFITS: Salary up to £27,000 OTE circa £35,000

Our client is a leading Technology company, successfully trading for over 20 years, with a portfolio of outstanding products. The company is now seeking to employ an Account Manager to manage, grow and develop a base of existing Accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, professional company.
Depending on business needs, initially the role will be approximately 70% office based and 30% visiting customers and over time the split will become 50% -50%. The ideal candidate would have successfully sold and have product knowledge in any of the following areas Business Phone Systems, Network Services, Hosted Telephony, SIP, Broadband, Calls & Lines and Data.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
*The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customers, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. This role is purely managing existing customers, no new business.
*Identify sales opportunities within existing customers
*In-depth planning is required for all existing customers prior to appointments
*Monthly telesales day making appointments
*Manage and solve conflicts with clients
*Handling customers' requests from start to end
*Keep in regular contact with your customers
*Responsible for the development and achievement of sales targets
*Manage customers' expectations, in particular timeframes
*Updating of accurate CRM information (Salesforce)
*Pipeline and Forecasting to be updated at all times
*You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments, Operations, Accounts, Technical Support and SMT (Senior Management Team)
