Our client is a well established market leading and fast moving success story. They now seek an additional Account Manager with telesales experience to join the Sales Team. The position could suit a candidate with existing Sales experience or a graduate keen to develop a career in this area. The successful candidate will have a confident, clear professional telephone manner, will be comfortable in making outbound calls to businesses and able to learn about Telecommunications products. The company will provide product training and in due course there will be the opportunity to move into Field Sales.
*To carry out daily outbound calls to identify new business opportunities, sales activity will focus on increasing revenue of network service customers, maintenance contracts and sales of PABX.
*The objective of each outbound call will be to request copies of customer telecommunication invoices for fixed line rental, call spend, broadband connectivity and any hardware maintenance.
*To identify opportunities to sell telephony hardware or voice solutions into businesses.
*Key Account Management and up selling of the company portfolio.
*To implement, deliver and measure success of sales campaigns.
*Adhere to KPI's set by managers.
*To meet monthly set targets based on GP.
*Telesales activity will form part of the marketing strategy and monthly campaigns and promotions will contribute to the content of the outbound calls made.
*To make outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner and in line with the customer service manual.
*To record all call activity and update the sales pipeline after each call.
*To work with other members of the sales team to ensure maximum activity and to support the sales function.
*To ensure that any customer proposals or analysis is provided to the customer within 72 hours.
*Work as part of the company team to achieve to contribute to the delivery of the company strategy.
*To escalate any solution opportunities to appropriate team members.
*To attend and contribute to the team meetings.
*Prepare monthly reports as required by management.
*To carry out your role delivering the company values at all times
