Our client is a leading Voice & Data solutions provider. They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join the team to manage and grow an existing base of Accounts. The successful candidate with have a strong Telecoms Account Management background and would have sold enterprise Voice & Data solutions e.g Mitel, Alcatel-Lucent, Avaya, Hosted Telephony, Data, VoIP. The role is a combination of Field & Office based.
Corporate Account Manager Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced account manager to join our Corporate Accounts team.
The corporate sales strategy is to focus on the largest spenders and key market segments. Working with our key suppliers to leverage their brand strength, deliver Joined up Business solutions that grow our existing customers revenue and similar opportunities.
The successful candidate will work within the team and will have overall responsibility for a number of target accounts or a particular market segment. You`ll have specific KPI`s around delivering new revenues and growing overall profitability. You`ll work closely with the Sales Director to ensure all the KPI`s are met, taking ownership of both personal and team objectives.
The Corporate Account Managers role will include but is not limited to;
*Ultimate responsibility for the delivery of all personal KPI`s and targets
*Work to a target and continually drive to exceed this.
*Ultimate responsibility for the customers satisfaction
*Attend customer meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments and perfect your ability to sell.
*Report and provide feedback to management of pipeline and performance
*Full understanding of the Groups portfolio, creating tailored value propositions for our customers
*Experience selling an ICT product set
*Good market network and knowledge and able to learn new technologies
*Good communicator and presenter
*Good engagement and gravitas at C- level
*Demonstrable track record of Strategic Sales Skills
*Ability to build effective cross-functional working relationships
*Ability to drive and define timescales and client decision making processes
*Strong commercial acumen and negotiator
*IT literate - experience at working on CRM systems in addition to MS Office suite.
