Our client is embarking on an ambitious growth plan and now looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join, lead and grow their sales team.

What will you be doing?
*Working closely with the Managing Director
*Managing the Sales Team to fulfil their potential
* Growing the Sales Team to achieve the company°¶s growth aspirations
* Achieving agreed sales targets both personally and as a Sales Team
*Generating additional sales from a portfolio of B2B accounts
*Managing Telesales to identify new sales opportunities
*Up-selling/cross-selling and encouraging/coaching your Team to do the same
* Interact and coordinate with other staff members
* Identify and convert new business opportunities with new B2B clients
* Being influential to guide the company°¶s marketing and sales strategy
Who are You?
To be successful and happy in this job you need to be ambitious, determined, positive, outgoing and totally committed! You will have a proven history and experience in telecoms and/or IT and be ready to manage a Sales Team of your own. You will have exceptional sales skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to sell solutions, build high profit margin business and long lasting client relationships. You will be meticulous in your organisation, diary management, have exceptional presentation skills and be full of ideas on how to build sales and profits.
Product Knowledge Required:
Preferably Telephone System sales knowledge, calls & lines quotation/sales, B2B telecoms sales. We are not specific on system types as training will be provided, but ideally some experience of Avaya/Alcatel-Lucent/Panasonic/Gamma Horizon would be beneficial. However, IT Sales experience would also be beneficial.
