Salary: Up to £20,000 (dependent on experience)
PLUS Annual Bonus and Pension Scheme
Ideally living in the Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Barnsley, Wakefield or surrounding areas.
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Full time

Our client is a well established, Technology provider and is embarking on an ambitious growth plan and is now looking for an exceptional customer service co-ordinator to help look after their valuable customers.
What will you be doing?
*Dealing with first line queries and logging support cases.
*Dealing with incoming support emails
*Co-ordinate engineers for phone systems installations, faults and support work where necessary.
*Providing excellent customer service.
*Call stack management - Key to the role
*Purchase orders / customer orders
Who are you?
*To be successful and happy in this role you need to be ambitious, determined, positive, outgoing and totally committed!
*You will have excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
*You will be meticulous in your organisation, diary management and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Experience Required: A minimum of 2+ years experience in Administration / Customer Service / Co-ordination.
