NEW Customer Services Director needed for one of the UK's London's leading Telecoms Company's due to planned UK and U.S.A. expansion.
City of London based with some UK and International travel.

Our client is a highly successful, long established, dynamic and expanding SaaS & Telecoms Technology plc success story, based in London E1.
They provide Microsoft Skype for Business and other Microsoft cloud based services to customers around the world, coupled with Broadsoft Telephony solutions. These are the leading options for organisations looking for presence, instant messaging (IM), conferencing, and Enterprise Voice. Our client is at the leading edge of providing true Unified Communications solutions internationally.
In this key team (15 direct) manager role, the NEW Service Delivery Director will be required to further enhance and drive forward the Company's 'day-to-day' Service Delivery function including order management and service implementation, customer account management, network infrastructure and engineering services management, operational cost management and margin/financial control goal management.
Experience and Qualifications required include:
*A degree in IT/Telecoms, Engineering or Business. (desirable).
*ITIL Foundation / Practitioner / Expert or similar Quality standard.
*Strong and positive Team Leader/Management/Hire and Training (15+ direct reports) experience.
*A real passion for Service Delivery, Vision and commitment.
*Significant experience of Service Delivery Management/Direction with customers and suppliers alike.
*Experience of deploying services using formal Procurement, Purchasing, Order handling, Engineering, Project Management and Service Assurance methodologies would be an advantage (the more the better).
*Experience of working in a Telecoms/Hosted/VOIP/IT managed services environment is highly desirable.
*Commercial awareness to include understanding of budget management.
*Can do, positive attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Ownership and achievement of goals to include the desire to drive change initiatives and passionate about delivering Service Delivery excellence.
